NGO ASSEJA is consist of:
• A General Assembly
• A Management Board of 7 persons, namely:
- A President,
- A Secretary,
- The Treasurer,
- Two auditors,
- Two Councilors
 
               Head Office
• The General Secretariat is made up of:
- The Department in charge of community initiative support;
- The Department in charge of Monitoring-evaluation and-communication;
 - The Department in charge of the promotion of Human Rights and welfare;
- The Department in charge of administration and Finance;
- Regional offices (currently 04) ;
- Stop-Over offices(currently 03) ;
• An education/visitor Centre. ;
    The General Secretariat has a permanent staff (over 20 currently) including social workers, teachers, educators, agronomists, economists, sociologists, psychologists, communicators, translators, etc.
