• Housing (Improvement of living environment, support for access to housing and land tenure)

• Social infrastructure (access to drinking water, access to electricity, playgrounds and recreation, public latrines)
• Sanitation (cleanliness, hygiene, garbage collection, sewage treatment)
• Space Management (management of risk areas, clearing of areas such as pavement, hospitals, markets, places of worship ...)
• Promotion of economic activities (advice and putting groups in contact with financial institutions. The micro-projects of this nature are oriented to microcredit institutions)
• Increased participation in the management of the city.
• Fostering the social fabric (neighborhood safety, development of networks)
• Promotion of gender (participatory management of activities and / or projects by all groups concerned)
Underprivileged neighbourhood populations find it difficult to improve their living conditions. NGO ASSEJA through its ICOGESPUR Program gives them assistance in this domain.
